Shipping, Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.99. In this case, UPS Ground will be utilized which puts delivery at five business days or less. If your require quicker delivery, please call our toll free phone number or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know what the extra cost may incur in order to get your delivery to you faster.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Partial refunds (if applicable):
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, including:
• Book(s) with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, or equipment that has been opened and unable to be sold as NEW.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Sale items will be refunded for store credit only.
Returns and Exchanges
Every item at Golfnutt.com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we will refund your money or exchange any item. COD's are not accepted. Sale items are refundable for store credit only.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of your return. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Golfnutt.com Customer Service at 1-888-3GOLFNUT or contact us by e-mail at info[at]golfnutt.com before making your return. Some products sold on our website are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return UPS Ground shipping will be reimbursed.
Our Returns Department requests that we allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
